💔 How To Lower Your Blood Pressure Using Hawthorn Berries
Today I’m going to talk about lowering your blood pressure naturally, using a specific form of Hawthorn Berries.
I’ll also reveal the exact formula my dad used to lower his blood pressure by 23% in just a few days – naturally! No diet or exercise changes.
WHAT Is It & HOW Does It Work?
Hawthorn is a thorny shrub under the rose family. Its flowers bloom in May and after the flowers come its small berries.
These berries have many health benefits, especially for heart health
The flavonoids are potent antioxidants.
They have anti-inflammatory benefits.
Reduce levels of fat in the blood.
Improve heart muscle function and strength (“contractile force”).
However, today I want to focus Hawthorn Berries primary benefit of lowering high blood pressure. And it accomplishes this goal through multiple mechanisms.
Dilates and widens blood vessels and arteries. This decreases the pressure and stress placed on your heart and thus, reducing your risk for heart failure, heart attack or stroke.
It acts as a natural ACE (angiotensin-converting-enzyme) inhibitor, which are drugs used to lower blood pressure. So you get all the benefits, without any of the drug side-effects.3
Helps regulate your body’s stress response, including lowering Cortisol levels, to support normal blood pressure.1,2 This is exciting news because, for the first time ever, you can address the psychological side of blood pressure, which is rarely dealt with.
Side-Effects & Warnings
There aren’t any negative side-effects, which is good. Of course, if you’re currently taking any blood pressure medications, you should take that into account when trying Hawthorn Berries.
However, most Hawthorn Berries don’t work because they don’t contain the correct extract type or amount.
For example, drinking Hawthorn berries in “juice” form, doesn’t have any benefits and in fact, can RAISE blood pressure due to the fructose and insulin response from the sugars.
If you take pills, most don’t work because they contain “dried” powder, which doesn’t contain any of the benefits.
And liquid forms lose their potency quickly.
What you want to take is the extract form.
English Hawthorn Berries are the most potent, at the maximum effective extract (standardized to 3.2% vitexin-2-rhamnosides and 2% flavonoids) at the correct clinically proven dosage of 900 mgs daily4.
Typically, you’d take 300 mgs, 3x daily along with other specific blood pressure lowering ingredients, which I’ll talk about in a minute.
Remember, one of the biggest reasons supplements and herbs do NOT work, is because they’re under dosed or they’re using the wrong extract or none at all.
So make sure you use a reputable product that utilizes clinically proven dosages.
Research has shown that Hawthorn berries work much better, when utilized with other complementary ingredients, for dramatically improved blood pressure and total heart-health.
Clinically proven ingredients to use with Hawthorn Berries is:
Magnesium “blend” (glycinate, malate, citrate, etc.)
MegaNatural®-BP Grape Seed Extract (85% Total Phenolics)
Celery Seed Extract (42.5% phthalides)
Pomegranate Extract (5:1 ratio)
Lycopene Extract (5%)
The special synergy between these correct “stack of ingredients”, creates a much safer and more effective solution.
It’s like 1+1+1 = 6 (not 3!)
You use less, and you get more.
The “stack” saves you money and gives you better, safer results, for a longer amount of time.
But don’t worry, you don’t have to go out and get all of these different ingredients. I’ve simplified all of this for you.
