#1 Cause Of Kidney Damage Your Doctor Won’t Tell You
==============================Did you know that kidney problems and kidney disease are on a massive increase in the past decade?

And there are a few main causes and I’ll reveal the #1 cause in a minute

And this is a very important topic for me because a year ago my cousin, who in many ways was like my big brother, died due to kidney disease.

And yes, he had genetic causes. But, he also did NOT give it the proper attention it required and that dramatically accelerated the damage and process, leading to a weakened body and immune system and eventually, to a premature death.

The problem with having unhealthy kidneys is that it’s very difficult to fix.

Unlike when you have liver problems or liver damage. The liver can regenerate. You can remove parts of the liver and it can grow back.

Yes, you have 2 kidneys and yes, you only need one to live. But it’s extremely rare to have ONE healthy kidney and one diseased or sick kidney. They are both typically negatively affected at the same time.

Remember, your kidneys remove thousands of toxins from your body. IF it can’t do its job, toxins build up and you get sick and it negatively affects ALL of your organs.

Your body works like a well-oiled machine. When one part isn’t working, it will negatively start to affect other parts and that spreads and so on and so forth.

This dramatically accelerates aging, from head to toe, inside and out.

And one of the biggest problems with the kidney is that even if you do everything right, aging alone causes wear-and-tear and damage to your kidneys.

So we need to be proactive right now.

And I bring up today’s topic because the sooner you focus on kidney health, the healthier your future and longevity will be.

I’m going to give you 3 basic solutions:
Drink MORE clean water
Drink LESS toxic liquids like anything that contains sugar, this includes fruit juice and alcohol.
Limit, reduce or eliminate drugs such as alcohol, antibiotics, and stimulants.

So, these 3 tips cause a big portion of the damage over the long run.

But, what’s the #1 cause of kidney damage?…. It’s something your doctor almost never mentions.

And this is diabetes or pre-diabetes. Basically, having elevated blood sugar and insulin levels.

Remember how I said kidney problems, damage and disease is on a sharp rise?… Well, so is diabetes and pre-diabetes.

They go hand in hand.

And my cousin, who I mentioned earlier who had the kidney disease, he also became diabetic the last few years of his life and again, that accelerated the damage to his kidneys.

Whether you’re a type 1 or 2 diabetic, have pre-diabetes or have elevated blood sugar and A1C levels, the excess sugar in your blood is damaging your kidneys all day long.

Sugar is corrosive.

The sugar is eating away at the blood vessels and weakening your kidneys. This causes less blood flow to the kidneys.

Now the kidneys cannot filter the toxins very well, they have to work harder, which adds to the extra stress and eventual damage and potential disease.
