10 Signs You Have Bad Inflammation (& Causing Aging!)
=
Dr. Robbins – In the past few years, I’ve heard how horrible inflammation is for your body and mind. How it’s a major cause of aging and linked to almost all health problems. But how do I know if I have inflammation or a lot of inflammation or bad inflammation?
This is a good question because most of us don’t know we have chronic inflammation. Instead, we think it’s some other health problem.
We are then given incorrect drugs from doctors, such as pain killers or cortisol steroids, which only mask the problem and makes things worse.
Anyway, I’ve gone into the details in previous videos about all the health problems associated with inflammation, which affects both your body and brain…
And keep in mind, some inflammation is needed and is good for you. In fact, without we’d probably die very quickly.
And in previous videos, I’ve spoken about acute vs chronic … And I’ll give you all the links to these other videos, at the end of this one.
But as stated in today’s question – how do you know if you have a lot of bad and chronic inflammation?
Well, one way is to do a blood test and check your C-Reactive Protein (CRP) levels. However, this isn’t always accurate since it’s giving you a snapshot of that day or recent times, not long-term.
Or if you’ve had an injury or have worked out really hard, CRP levels will be elevated – but it doesn’t mean it’s nessasarily bad or it’s chronic.
So, we should look at other ways to know if you’re having high levels of unnecessary inflammation and today I’m going to reveal the 10 most common symptoms of chronic and “bad” inflammation.

1 – Tired All The Time
If you’re tired all the time, this can mean you have chronic inflammation. Maybe you’re sleeping too little or even too much, both can create inflammation – especially being sleep deprived which most of us are.
Exercising too much, too often, too much volume and/or intensity all the time will also cause chronic inflammation.
2 – Aches & Pains
Which leads to one of the biggest indicators of chronic inflammation and that’s aches and pains. This can be muscular or bone or ligaments or tendons or joints and so on and so forth.

3 – Stuffy Nose
Again, a major problem I dealt with many years and that was a stuffy nose.
One of the most common ways the body lets you know something is wrong is through inflamed nasal cavities.

4 – Digestive Issues
This is a big one for most people due to bad, inflammatory diets – in addition to emotional stress.
Ongoing symptoms like stomach pain, diarrhea or gassiness could be signs of chronic inflammation, especially in the gastrointestinal tract. Among other things, this kind of inflammation can cause bloating and cramping.
5 – Heartburn
I was surprised to find out that over 30% of the population, thus 1 out of 3 people experience heartburn on a WEEKLY basis. In fact, almost all people do experience heartburn or acid reflux (GERD) at some point in their lives.
6 – Brain Fog & Poor Mental Clarity
Years ago, I realized that after a really strenuous workout in the gym – whenever I pushed myself really hard, I had brain fog for hours after my workout. I didn’t understand why.
Well, now I know – it’s because one of the causes is I had too much inflammation due to the workout – which is fine and it helps build muscle and so forth.
But TOO much of it, too often, then caused me to be slow mentally, and basically have brain fog.
Now, brain fog is characterized by confusion, forgetfulness, and a lack of focus and mental clarity.
7 – Skin Problems
8 – Headaches
9 – Metabolic Problems
10 – Vascular & Erectile Problems
