“Even at 450 pounds. I was a very sexual woman,” Cross says in PEOPLE’s exclusive clip of ‘1000-Lb. Best Friends,’ adding that she feels even more sexual at 195 lbs.

There’s no stopping Vannessa Cross after her dramatic weight loss transformation.

In PEOPLE’s exclusive clip from Tuesday’s episode of 1000-Lb. Best Friends, the 46-year-old visited her plastic surgeon for her first weigh-in after skin removal surgery.

“Before I went to the hospital for my skin surgery, the scale said 220 pounds. So, let’s see where I land,” she says before stepping on the scale and seeing it read 195 lbs. Cross is elated, telling her doctor, “I’ve never been under no 200 pounds!”

“To see 195 on this scale, I am losing my s—,” she boasts. “I never thought I’d make it. I simply feel my mom and my daddy looking down from heaven and going, ‘That’s my Boo Boo. She made it. She did it.’”

Cross’s plastic surgeon, Dr. David Whiteman, explains that her weight will likely continue to drop because she still has some fluid retention from surgery. He tells her she’s cleared to start doing everyday activities.

With that being said, Cross asks him, “I remember before surgery, I had asked about sexual activity. Am I cleared for that?” Whiteman tells her yes, and she immediately laughs and confesses, “I already did it anyway.”

“As anyone knows, even at 450 pounds. I was a very sexual woman,” Cross adds. “At 195 pounds, she worse. She worse. There ain’t no controlling that woman now. I walk around, ‘Meow! Meow!’”

“I worked my butt off to get where I am, but this is just the beginning,” she says. “I want to ride on slides, I want to ride on roller coasters. I want to do it all. That’swhat’s next for Vannessa.”

In October, Cross told us how much her life has improved since focusing on her weight loss journey.

“Life has changed immensely for me, from being 450 and now I am under 200 pounds.,” she said. “I actually go to the gym. I actually eat extremely healthy foods. I never saw myself living a healthy lifestyle and here I am.”

“I actually live life now,” Cross added. “Instead of being the big person that’s just existing, I’m living.”
