2 Best Fats To Eat Daily (From FRUIT!)
=================================
The other day I got asked an important question:
Dr. Sam – I’m super confused about fats. I know fats are important and yet, there are good fats, bad fats, essential fats… then there are specific fats good for your joints, brain, skin, heart, inflammation, muscle building, fat loss and so on and so forth.

It’s all too hard to keep track of what to eat and not eat, what’s good and bad for you.

You’ve always done a great job of simplifying things for me in your videos – so let me get down to it: If there was one type of fat you had to eat every day, what would it be and what should I eat?

Yes, things get very confusing when it comes to health and so many times, it can all seem very contradictory depending who you’re listening to.

I’ve felt the same way for years and this is one reason I started my social media channels, writing articles and giving seminars — to simplify and reduce the confusion when it comes to health, fitness and longevity.

If something is complicated or hard to maintain, you won’t do it long-term and that means you’ll never achieve or maintain your health goals because it’s too much work.

I want to make things easy, fun and convenient so it’s sustainable and doesn’t feel like “work”.

So, to answer your question, I think if I had to pick just ONE type of fat, it would be monounsaturated fats.

And I’ll tell you the two best food sources in a minute.

However, let me first give you some of the health benefits of monounsaturated fats.
Can help with weight loss. (1-3)
Good for your heart because they can help lower cholesterol and triglycerides (4-6) and even blood pressure (7)
Help reduce certain cancers, such as prostate (8) and breast (9-10)
Improve insulin sensitivity and blood sugar levels (11-12)
Decrease inflammation and pain (13-14)

As you can see, these are huge benefits allowing you to truly live a healthier and longer life.

Below this video, in the description area, I’ve listed additional resources and the best vitamins that will naturally and dramatically help improve things such as cholesterol, blood pressure, blood sugar, inflammation and so forth…

So, make sure you take a look if you’re dealing with any of these health issues and don’t want to take harmful medications.

Two Best Food Sources

So, what are the two best food sources for monounsaturated fats?…. I would say Olives and Avocados
