#2 Cause Of Kidney Problems & Damage + 7 Natural Solutions
==============================
I recently made a video about the #1 cause of kidney problems that your doctor won’t tell you so in this video I will reveal the #2 cause of kidney problems, damage and ultimately, kidney failure, a cause that affects over 33% of the adults in the US – that’s 1 out of 3 people.

This cause is also known as “the silent killer” and it’s linked to both heart attacks and strokes, which is the #1 killer in the world.

Also, the older you get, the more likely you are going to be dealing with this #2 cause. Sadly, it’s just a part of aging in most people – both men and women.
However, the good news is that it can easily be improved, at any age and can be done naturally, with no drugs or negative side effects.
And the sooner you start taking action, the fast the benefits and quicker the fix.
Okay, so what’s the #2 cause of kidney problems?…
It’s having high blood PRESSURE levels or hypertension.
Unfortunately, most people rarely check their blood pressure unless they are at the doctor’s office. Remember, your blood pressure goes up and down all day long, but the goal is to keep it in a healthy range, 120/80 or less.
Now, how does high blood pressure cause massive kidney problems?
Your kidneys are made of tiny blood vessels that help clean your blood. When you have high blood pressure, the blood flows through these blood vessels with a lot of extra force.
This is stressful to the kidneys. It can harm these blood vessels and cause kidney disease.
However, high blood pressure can also be a symptom of kidney disease. Kidneys help your body control your blood pressure. When high blood pressure damages your kidneys, they cannot control your blood pressure very well.
Basically, as your blood pressure goes higher, your kidneys get weaker. And as your kidneys get weaker, your blood pressure goes higher… Which then further weakens the kidneys and now we have this negative spiral effect.
Lastly, you won’t be able to feel high blood pressure or kidney damage. Both need to be tested with a blood pressure cuff and blood tests.
Ironically, the lower your blood pressure, the healthier your body is and the longer people tend to live.
So, what are simple ways to lower blood pressure to improve kidney health?
I’ve listed important links, videos and resources below this video.
But, a few things to keep in mind:
Lose weight. The heavier you are, especially excess body fat, but even muscle, the higher your blood pressure.
Sleep better – this means less snoring and fixing sleep apnea
Don’t smoke
Limit alcohol
Reduce sugar – any and all forms, so read labels.
Walk 20-30 minutes daily.
Take specific vitamins, minerals and herbs for fast results.
