Something you do or take regularly without stop is very hard to stop and say no to the urge when it rises . Urge are relentless , finding you at your weakes t point and try to make you do it regularly.

Drug addiction is the process of not doing without drug in all your doings which is dangerous .

Ways To Eliminate Drug Addiction;


1. Self Attention And Care:
Give yourself time, attention and care . Eat healthy diets and go for exercise which will promote your health emotionally and physically, which help you to resilient the craving when it arises.

2. Be Engaged:

Get a hobby, do something don’t be bored or idle. It’s an excellent way to distract your self from the craving.

3. Self Talk:

When the urge arises, resist by talking yourself out of it using logic and reason.

4. Eliminate Bad Memories:

Stop thinking things that would affect your emotions, remove negative thought from your mind. Avoid these memories and urge will be decreased.

‘’Don’t rush it, start slowly and steady .Discipline yourself and it will fade away’’

Recommendation: When the urge persist, seek medical counseling/therapy. Take more fruits and water. It might be time consuming but you will be fine.
