In a world where figure 8 is now the real, you can never do too much to gain that desired look. Although there is a saying “too much of everything is bad” there are also some healthy ways one can trim/ loose a few pounds that wont result to visit the doctor.

Down below are 10 of them;

1. Ensure there’s protein in your diet

This is because it is considered king of nutrients.

Proteins enables you to burn lots of calories in the digestion and metabolizing process.

Protein packed meal can make you feel full and reduce your appetite.

2. Divorce processed foods

The sugar in processed food are usually high, so also the fats and calories.

Hence, the sermon of avoiding processed meal.

3. Take healthy snacks such as yogurt, whole fruit, nuts, carrots and hard-boiled eggs.

4. Cultivate the habit of drinking lots of water

5. Don’t consume liquid calories which come in sugary soft drinks, fruit juices, chocolate milk and energy drinks.

6. Reduce your intake of white flour, white bread, white rice, sodas, pastries, snacks, sweets, pasta, breakfast and added sugar.

7. A controlled fast once in a while can be helpful to the body.

The different forms are 5:2, 16:8 or eat-stop-eat method respectively.

8. Unsweetened green tea. It has been proven to be a good weight trimmer solution.

9. Eat lots of fruits and vegetables.

10. You can actually control your eating habit by using smaller plates to eat.
