For all the brief people in the house, here are some recipes that can enhance your height. No need to worry when your siblings heightened than you.
A thing to note: you add in height while you are asleep. 10 minutes adds 5 mm of height.

So, shame those people who said you won’t be taller than you are.
1. Make sure you take your balance diet seriously.
Eating the right food make you taller and better. Take plenty of lean protein like beans, nuts and soy.
They promote muscle growth and healthy bones.
But bear in mind, carbohydrates like pizza, cakes, soda and sweets are to be avoided.
Eat enough calcium. leafy green vegetables such as spinach and kale, have calcium. promote healthy bones.
2. Hang on a Bar
Hang on a bar. Maintain that position for as long you can manage daily.
With time increase the time. This exercise strengthens the spinal and abdominal muscles.
3. Ride a Bicycle
Adjust the seat of the bike so you can stretch your legs to reach the pedals.
Be careful so you don’t overstretch and injure your joints.
4. Make Skipping/ Jumping a Hobby
Skipping, playing basketball, jumping on the same spot strengthens your bones and muscles with end result of extra height.
5. Don’t eat excessively because it slows the digestion process.
6. As always, drink plenty of water.
At least eight glasses per day as it flushes out toxins from the body causing healthy metabolism.
7. Maintain a good sitting, standing and walking posture.
8. Monitor your weight.
9. Avoid smoking and drinking as it leads to stunt growth.
