2019: Presidential Candidates Programmed For Presidential Debate Come December 14

December 14, 2018 has been scheduled by Nigerian Election Debate Group for a debate for presidential contenders of poles apart political parties taking part in the 2019 elections.

The vice presidential applicants are allocated to have their debate on January 19, 2019.

The group’s chairman, Mr. John Momoh, revealed this at a media session in Abuja, Thursday 22.

Momoh who is also the chairman of the Broadcasting Organisation included that the debates will take place at the Transcorp Hilton Hotel, Abuja and will be broadcast live on air by all BON members.

President Muhammadu Buhari is the candidate of the All Progressives Congress with Vice-President Yemi Osinbajo as his consecutive running companion.

The presidential candidate of the Peoples Democratic Party is Alhaji Atiku Abubakar with Mr. Peter Obi, former governor of Anambra State as his running companion.
