How Many Times Should You Pee Daily? What’s Normal or Unhealthy?
====================================
I did a video a little while ago about “what the color of your urine means” and I’ve put a link to that video below this one in the details section.

That video led to many people asking about how OFTEN they should be peeing on a daily basis. What’s a normal amount? What’s an unhealthy number?

So, that’s what today’s topic is about.

How often you urinate is actually a very important sign of your overall health. And it begins in infancy and continuing throughout your life.

Of course, several factors can influence how often you pee throughout the day. Medications, supplements, foods, and beverages can all play a role, as can certain medical conditions.

Age and bladder size also matter.

And so does your sex – male vs female, mainly because of prostate growth for men as they age cause them to pee more often. More on this in a minute.

On average, most people pee 6-7 times during a 24-hour period. And between 4-10x daily is considered healthy.

Now, personally I pee more often than this. And I have my entire life. However, I also consume a lot more water than the average person and thus, why I pee more often.

I do not fall into the normal “4-10x” or the average of “6-7”, but I am perfectly healthy when you consider how much liquids I consume every day. It’s well over a gallon of pure water daily (over 4+ liters / 130+ oz)

And I also supplement with additional minerals, salt and potassium to help absorb the water.

I’m Not Peeing Very Often
