I’ve received a question that sounded like this: “today’s subscriber question:

Dr. Sam – can eating garlic daily really help improve my circulation? I ask because I hear about all the health benefits of garlic, but in all honesty, whenever I consume it, my body and breath stink. Even if I eat at night, you can still smell it the next day … or at least, that’s what I’ve been told. Anyway, please let me know and if there’s a better alternative?” and in today’s video I answer how garlic improves your blood flow circulation and I also share a study.

In the study made on 42 people with coronary artery disease, those who consumed garlic powder tablets containing 1,200 mg of allicin EXTRACT, twice daily for three months experienced a 50% improvement in blood flow through the upper arm artery, compared to a placebo group. (1)
