How Many Sets Should You Do For Maximum Muscle Growth

In today’s video I’ll talk about the optimum number of sets that you should do so you can grow the most amount of muscle in the shortest amount of time. I talk about the history in bodybuilding and how many sets were done in the past and how many sets Arnold and Dorian did. Today, I recommend doing 5 to 15 sets per week per muscle and I go in depth in this video I’ve made.
