Jada Pinkett Smith is paying tribute to her husband Will Smith.
The actress, 52, marked Father’s Day on June 16 by thanking Will, 55, for being a “devoted” dad to his children in an Instagram post as she also shared a funny photo of the actor sleeping while surrounded by his brood and his ex-wife Sheree Zampino.
“Will thank you for being a devoted girl dad/boy dad and doing all you do,” Jada wrote in the caption. “Happy Father’s Day … you deserve the rest✨.”
In the photo, Will was seen fast asleep on a lounger outdoors as Jada, who stood behind him, laughed and pointed at him as she was joined by their children Willow, 23, and Jaden, 25, and his son Trey, 31, whom he shares with Zampino, 56.
Jada also shared a second photo of a cap on a table outdoors with, “Happy Zaddy Day,” written across the front — in comic reference to Will — beside a jar of cutlery with “Father’s Day” marked on it, suggesting that the Smith family got together for a meal for the special occasion.
Will, meanwhile, marked Father’s Day by posting a funny clip of a girl whacking a ball painfully at her father on crutches as he wrote, “Hahaha! Shoutout to all the dads taking a beating everyday while raising the next generation of sluggers 😂,” while tagging the dad featured in the video.
Jada’s Father’s Day tribute to Will comes after she and Will’s children all came out to support the Fresh Princestar at the Los Angeles premiere of his latest film Bad Boys: Ride or Die on May 30.
The family were photographed at the event alongside Will as they celebrated the arrival of the fourth installment of the hit franchise.
Jada also supported Will at the Dubai premiere of the movie on May 22. She posed for photos separately from Will on the red carpet at the Coca-Cola Arena as Will appeared solo alongside his costar Martin Lawrence to speak to fans.
The Set It Off star wrote of her visit and outfit for the event on Instagram, “In a region that loves architecture … @irisvanherpen is perfect for a Dubai red carpet,” as Will “liked” the post.
