The Ogun state government has been accused of demanding for N25,000 to carry out Coronavirus test on each student of private boarding schools.
A video making rounds online captured moment parents who got to an isolation centre in Abeokuta, protested after allegedly being asked to pay N25,000 to get their children tested for COVID-19.
Facebook user, Obawunmi Bolaji Abd-samod wrote;
This is what is happening at oke mosan Abeokuta concerning malaria and covid test that Ogun state government is subjecting our sss 3 students to they are requesting we should pay #25000 per student only private school that are staying in hostel.
