Probiotics and Prebiotics – What’s The Difference & What’s Better
====================================
I recently made two separate videos – one about probiotics and the other about prebiotics.

If you’re subscribed to this channel and clicked the bell icon to be notified, then you may have already seen these popular videos.

Both probiotics and prebiotics are hot topics these days and very important ones.

I’ve been taking both of these since I was 19, that’s over 30 years.

In fact, anything related to gut health should be very important to you because health gut bacteria affects your entire body.

Your skin – Pimples, Hair loss, wrinkles and discoloration
Gaining muscle and losing fat
Having more energy
Improving your mood and being happier
Boosting your immune system
Having better hormones
Reducing pain and inflammation.
Healthier colon and regularity.
Living longer and avoiding many illnesses, diseases and cancers

Unfortunately, so many people are taking antibiotics these days and they’re also found in our drinking water and foods… that these drugs are killing off most of the good, healthy gut bacteria for many months.

Which then results in so many health problems and illnesses that I just mentioned.

This is why it’s imperative that you improve your gut health with lots of healthy probiotics and prebiotics.

Again, I’ll give you the link to the original videos for both of these specific topics.

However, today I wanted to just let you know what the difference is between the two.

Simply stated, Probiotics are beneficial bacteria, while prebiotics are food for these bacteria.

They’re both important and have different functions, but they work together to improve your health.

And most people have heard of probiotics.

They know that it’s live bacteria found in certain foods such as yogurt and sauerkraut and various supplements.

However, prebiotics is one that many people aren’t familiar with.

They come from types of carbohydrates, mostly fiber, that us humans can’t digest well.

Then, the healthy bacteria in your gut, go eat these fibers so they can continue to grow and stay healthy and maintain a healthy gut flora.

And that’s it.

They do work together.

Like I said, I’ve been taking them for over 30 years!

It’s made a huge difference in my health. My skin, hair, digestion, immune system and so on and so forth.

I urge you to take both as well.
