The 38-year-old is in jail after being found guilty, with husband Mick Philpott, of starting a fire which killed their six children.
A source said she “gets a hard time” in jail because of the crime she was found guilty of.
Philpott, who reportedly has a new name now, is said to be “delighted” at being able to leave jail, where she is “not popular”.
A source told The Sun : “Mairead is pleased as punch. She is not popular.
“She now calls herself Louise Dunn and the other inmates nicknamed her ‘Dunn a turn’.
