Strictly Come Dancing bosses are said to be keeping a close eye on contestants Maisie Smith and HRVY after the pair engaged in some flirty banter. Reports suggest BBC chiefs are keen to make sure the young stars adhere to the show’s social distancing rules
Strictly Come Dancing bosses are reportedly “monitoring” Maisie Smith and HRVY to make sure they don’t break the show’s kissing ban.
The contestants have engaged in some flirty banter in recent weeks and a new report suggests it’s prompted BBC chiefs to keep a close eye on the air.
Everyone taking part in the show has to stick to strict measure to keep the set Covid safe, and The Sun On Sunday reports producers won’t tolerate any breaches.
A source said: “Maisie and HRVY are being monitored by the producers after it’s become clear their connection could easily lead into a Strictly romance.
“They’re both young, single and hot and the thought is that the two of them could bring the other cast into risk if they break the guidelines and get closer.”
