The soap star rolled out a yoga mat for the pair in their kitchen, as she popped a few lunges while Dusty opted for her very own spin on working out.
Taking to Instagram to share the sweet clip of the pair, Lacey penned: “When u forgot u had training so you do it in your PJs,” alongside a laughing emoji.
The pregnant actress shared the funny clip with her 405k followers, as she played The Bangles’ Manic Monday in the background.
