He remarked: “As you are well aware, Nigerian businesses are arguably the most resilient in the world despite the myriad of challenges besetting the operating environment. They have demonstrated social responsibility, fruitful partnership with government through the provision of employment opportunities for the teeming youth, and payment of taxes and levies to government at all levels for developmental purpose.”
Lagos State Commissioner for Finance, Mr Rabiu Olowo, who represented the Lagos State governor, Mr Babajide Sanwo-Olu, said:
“In Lagos State, our idea of political economy is about government, business and society. Interestingly, NECA is doing a lot to promote that intersection between government and the people, which is the society. We recognise and support all the projects and initiatives by NECA in promoting sustainable businesses and economy. That is why it is very important, this evening, to celebrate those who are contributing to the economy of Nigeria and Lagos State in particular.”https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?client=ca-pub-2427099653703778&output=html&h=300&adk=2141876619&adf=1473400494&pi=t.aa~a.1834861711~i.21~rp.4&w=360&lmt=1622632774&num_ads=1&rafmt=1&armr=3&sem=mc&pwprc=4779063894&psa=1&ad_type=text_image&format=360×300&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lindaikejisblog.com%2F2021%2F6%2Fbat-wins-food-beverage-and-tobacco-category-of-neca-awards.html&flash=0&fwr=1&pra=3&rh=275&rw=330&rpe=1&resp_fmts=3&sfro=1&wgl=1&fa=27&adsid=ChEI8NjchQYQq8THiaPw3qW9ARIvAMC-8dvWzLCaJfp4sgGvtvSm7oi21CWjywfwrCk1IOxYSIOr7O1rt_q5HdFtU_8&dt=1622632773953&bpp=14&bdt=7719&idt=15&shv=r20210525&cbv=%2Fr20190131&ptt=9&saldr=aa&abxe=1&cookie=ID%3D40b8097dd0e7c216-2253f13045c800be%3AT%3D1621431236%3ART%3D1621431236%3AS%3DALNI_MaTUeOfHD9dt6iZSzMqqRDzzOcAzA&prev_fmts=360×300%2C360x300%2C0x0%2C360x300%2C360x300%2C360x300&nras=5&correlator=8721006050148&frm=20&pv=1&ga_vid=1395618283.1619456010&ga_sid=1622632769&ga_hid=905116011&ga_fc=0&u_tz=60&u_his=2&u_java=0&u_h=800&u_w=360&u_ah=800&u_aw=360&u_cd=24&u_nplug=0&u_nmime=0&adx=0&ady=3794&biw=360&bih=664&scr_x=0&scr_y=372&eid=31060474&oid=3&psts=AGkb-H8nzOhSySr7h_uxNp81LKyTMr-BSELBPC6WIlW4tO5mGo_uftRvZIdiW-VUeYGsvYo6F2yS3BN4bA%2CAGkb-H_lYFm8rwEjHBOAwa99m92NRxfkAvHTaEZYt2rmNs6NxNt2deRm0LTtCKgtMINGQ_ebUTRypruvtQ&pvsid=3874813148920151&pem=231&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lindaikejisblog.com%2F&eae=0&fc=384&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C360%2C0%2C360%2C664%2C360%2C664&vis=1&rsz=%7C%7Cs%7C&abl=NS&fu=128&bc=31&jar=2021-06-02-09&ifi=7&uci=a!7&btvi=5&fsb=1&xpc=drVkQpHY5l&p=https%3A//www.lindaikejisblog.com&dtd=306
