👉5 Surprising Benefits Of Apple Cider Vinegar – Scientifically Proven Facts
Kills Harmful Bacteria

When I was a kid, I remember seeing my grandmother wash the toilet and sink and other things around the house, using a home-made mixture of vinegar and water. I remember asking her, “why not just use one of those commercial products?”

She said, “this is safer, it’s natural, it’s not toxic and it kills germs and bacteria”.

Which is true because vinegar can help kill pathogens, which is bacteria, viruses and other organisms that can cause disease.1

In fact, Hippocrates, the father of modern medicine, used vinegar for wound cleaning over two thousand years ago.

Helps Lower Blood Sugar Levels
I think one of the most well-known and popular uses of Vinegar is the fact it can help lower blood sugar levels. And as I’ve stated in previous videos, high blood sugar is a common denominator to many illnesses and diseases.

Studies have shown that vinegar can
Improves insulin sensitivity during a high-carb meal by 19–34%. 2
Reduces blood sugar by 34% after eating 50 grams of white bread.3
Numerous other studies in humans show that vinegar can improve insulin function and lower blood sugar levels after meals. 4,5
So if you’re concerned about your blood sugar, if you’re pre-diabetic or even diabetic, start using some vinegar in your diet.
Helps You Lose Weight & Shrinks Belly Fat

It does so through 2 primary ways
Increases satiety and thus, makes you feel fuller and less hungry.
Lowering of the blood sugar. High insulin levels stores body fat.

It May Help Avoid Getting Cancer
To my surprise, there are numerous studies showing that various types of vinegar can kill cancer cells and shrink tumors.7-9

Lowers Cholesterol & Improves Heart Health
Did you know that heart disease is the world’s number one killer and common cause of premature death?10

Studies have shown that apple cider vinegar can help reduce cholesterol and fatty triglyceride levels. Plus, even help reduce blood pressure. And let’s not forget the lowering of blood sugar levels – another common risk factor of heart disease.

Again – these studies were done on animals and not humans.

However, if you do want proven solutions for improving cholesterol, blood sugar, blood pressure and so forth, based on usage of real humans, make sure you visit the links below this video, in the description area.

Best Type and Dose

Lastly, let’s talk about the best type of Vinegar and the dosage.

I use Bragg’s Organic, Apple Cider Vinegar and I get the one that says, With The “Mother” on it…. Which are strands of proteins, enzymes and friendly bacteria that give the product a murky appearance.
