Brandi Glanville is giving an honest update on how she’s doing amid her ongoing struggle with facial disfigurement.
On March 6, the Real Housewives of Beverly Hillsalum posted her “real” health update on X, formerly Twitter. The 52-year-old admitted that she hasn’t been doing well while trying to find solutions to her suspected face “parasites.”
“I’ve been faking it, I’m f—ing miserable,” she wrote. “My best friend’s been in the ICU for 2 weeks & isn’t getting better. My face is worse than ever. It’s literally melted away.”
“When drs at cedars put me on IV antibiotics & fungal medication I was getting better. I looked normal but I couldn’t afford to stay on them,” she added. “I was forced to see drs outside my insurance because the drs at Kaiser had no clue. I need my life to change. That is my real life health update.”
Glanville’s post comes one day after updating a fan on Instagram about her neck and face biopsy results from celebrity plastic surgeon Dr. Terry Dubrow, who she turned to for help.
“So what did your biopsy report say? What is the treatment?” one follower asked before the reality star replied, “No cancer but the cultures take six weeks to grow so no news yet but 🤞🏻”

Back in December, Glanville revealed that she spent “over $70,000” trying to find a resolution to the unknown “parasite” that led to her facial disfigurement over the past year.
However, every treatment she’s tried has only been a temporary fix.
“I’ve been on meds this whole year. I don’t socialize,” she said. “I don’t go out and I’m just spending all of my money on trying to figure out what’s wrong with me.”
Glanville explained that she can see and feel the unknown “parasite” move within her face if she “messes with it,” and it looks like “tiny bubbles bursting” on her skin. “I feel like it’s s—ing or having babies in my face,” she added.
After visiting countless doctors, she said, “I’m not getting my hopes up anymore.”
“This is a horrible thing to say but even if it’s like a tumor, I want to know. I want to have just an answer,” she continued. “That would be amazing.”
