EXCLUSIVE Bar worker Beth Fretwell, who lost her job, could not afford to buy food for her boys after she moved into a new home in Chesterfield, Derbyshire, and spent all of her cash on beds, a cooker and a fridge freezer

Seven-year-old Joshua and his brother Ashton-Lewis, four, tuck into a vital meal…thanks to hunger hero Marcus Rashford.

Bar worker Beth Fretwell, 25, who has lost her job, was too broke to buy food for her kids after moving into a new home in Chesterield, Derbys.

She explained: “Having to buy beds, a cooker and fridge freezer left me with nothing.

Beth said: “I was overwhelmed by kindness. The boys loved their lunch. We ate it on the bare floor.

“I can’t afford carpet yet, but felt so grateful I tweeted a photo and my thanks.”
