EXCLUSIVE: Becky and Adam bought a dated home in South East London, and have spent £50,000 and five years turning it into their dream home, documenting their journey on Instagram

A couple have transformed an old, run-down house into a luxurious home fit for their family – and it’s now worth £750,000.

Becky and Adam, both 33, purchased the dated four-bedroom house in South East London for £525,000 back in 2015.

Despite having very little DIY experience between them, the couple picked up the keys to their 1960s home and got to work.

After five years of juggling full-time jobs, running an event company and looking after their two little ones, the house is complete.

Not only have they increased the value of the property of the house by a staggering £225,000, but their garden even won the Ronseal Lockdown Garden award.
