Danny Masterson has been moved to the correctional facility where he will serve the rest of his prison sentence.

According to multiple reports, the That ’70s Show actor has been relocated to the Corcoran State Prison in California’s Central San Joaquin Valley. It’s reported that Masterson was transferred to the facility on Jan. 29.

The maximum security prison is where Charles Manson (the infamous leader of the Mason Family cult) was housed from 1989 until his death in 2017. Other notable inmates include “The Dating Game Killer” Rodney Alcala, and David Turpin, who was sentenced to 25 years to life for the abuse and torture of his children.

Masterson was previously held at the Los Angeles County jail, before being transferred to North Kern State Prison. On May 31, Masterson was found guilty of two counts of forcible rape against two women who were also former members of the Church of Scientology, of which The Ranch star is also a member.

In September, Masterson was sentenced to 30 years to life in prison in his Los Angeles rape case. After Judge Charlaine F. Olmedo handed the sentencing, she had words for the embattled actor.

“Mr. Masterson, you are not the victim here,” the judge said. “Your actions 20 years ago took away another person’s choice and voice. Your actions 20 years ago today were criminal, and that’s why you are here.”

Masterson was immediately taken back into custody. He is eligible for parole in July 2042. He will be 66.

In September, 360aproko confirmed that Masterson’s wife, Bijou Phillips, filed for divorce after nearly 12 years of marriage. The two share a daughter named Fiona.

In a statement to 360aproko, Phillips’ lawyer, Peter A. Lauzon, said, “Ms. Phillips has decided to file for divorce from her husband during this unfortunate time. Her priority remains with her daughter.”

He continued, “This period has been unimaginably hard on the marriage and the family. Mr. Masterson was always present for Ms. Phillips during her most difficult times of her life. Ms. Phillips acknowledges that Mr. Masterson is a wonderful father to their daughter.”
