Dominic West’s wife Catherine Fitzgerald has reportedly flown home to stay with her mum at the family’s castle in Limerick after her husband was spotted kissing Lily James
Dominic West’s wife Catherine Fitzgerald has flown to Ireland by herself after his drama with Lily James, it’s claimed.
Catherine, a landscape gardener, has reportedly gone to stay with her mother Olga Fitzgerald at the family’s ancestral seat of Glin Castle, Co. Limerick, which they run as a £6,000-a-night events venue.
Her break comes after her husband, 51, was spotted kissing Mamma Mia 2 actress Lily, 31, on a romantic break in Rome earlier this month.
As they kissed and hugged outside their family home in a bizarre reunion shoot for the cameras, Dominic and Catherine, 49, insisted that their marriage was fine.
Now Catherine has jetted out to her native Ireland, flying into Shannon airport in county Limerick in the last few days before travelling to her family castle 50 miles away, MailOnline reports.
The mum-of-four hasn’t been seen in the local village but is said to be “holed up” at the castle and keeping a low profile.
She will have to self-isolate at home for 14 days after arriving from the UK due to Ireland’s current quarantine regulations.
