Donald Trump has had a medical evaluation on Fox News after speculation over his health condition following his coronavirus diagnosis.
In his first on-camera interview since testing positive for Covid-19, the US president appeared on Tucker Carlson’s programme at 8pm local time on Friday night – early Saturday morning in the UK.
Trump also received a medical evaluation during the show by Dr Marc Siegel, a contributor to the channel.
The doctor has previously compared Covid-19 to the flu and said there is “no science” behind the call to wear face masks.
During the interview – which was pre-recorded and then aired during the TV show – Trump said he now feels “really good”.
