The Enugu state government has suspended the 13-hour curfew imposed on Enugu East, Enugu North and Enugu South Local Government Areas following the hijacking of the peaceful #EndSARS protests in the state by hoodlums.

The state Commissioner for Information Nnanyelugo Aroh who made the announcement, said the decision was taken after a review of the overall situation in the three local government areas.

Residents of the Enugu local government areas have been advised to go about their lawful social and economic activities while remaining vigilant and law-abiding as usual, following the suspension of the curfew on Monday November 2.
