Grey Hair Is Caused By Stress & How To Reverse It
==================================
There are many signs of aging for both men and women … wrinkles, hair loss and greying of hair are all quick visual indicators of aging.

Yes, genetics always plays a big role in everything. Then comes hormones.

There is also something called epigenetics, which basically means how your daily life-style can affect your genetics. Thus, accelerate certain genetic problems as one example.
Here are some simple suggestions since you obviously can’t turn off stress in your life and in society.

Here’s what you need to do to lower your stress, reverse grey hair:

Get outside first thing in the morning, for a 15-30 min walk and get sunlight on your skin and to your eyes. That means no sunblock or glasses. This helps with the melanocytes, improving your circadian clock for better sleep at night and also reduces morning stress levels.

Take extra Vitamin D3 + K2. This is also related to the morning sunlight.

Get better and deeper sleep. I know this is easier said than done, since I’m not a good sleeper myself. I’ve made videos about this in the past and I’ve put a link below this video, in the description area for “better sleep” details.

Exercise 3-5x weekly and no longer than an hour a day. Too little and too much exercise will cause hormonal imbalances and a rise in stress hormones.

Take anti-stress and adrenal support vitamins, minerals and herbs. I’ve listed them below in the description area.

If you are dealing with extra worry, anxiety, nervousness, and similar emotions because of life, work, relationships and so forth – take herbs to help support the sympathetic and parasympathetic nervous system, so you’ll feel better, happier, in a better mood, more confidence and yes, feel far less stressed.
