Big Brother Naija two-time housemate, Chinonso Ibinabo Oparah also known as Kim Oprah, has claimed that she does not buy any item in Nigeria.
The reality TV star made the revelation through the microblogging platform, Twitter while thanking God for blessing her with exposure.
Kim Oprah said she figured out a while ago that everything being sold in Nigeria is fake which is why she only buys her products overseas.
The Hip TV presenter said none of the items she uses, down to her personal effects were purchased in the country.
According to Kim, she cares so much about her health, so anytime she travels to another country she buys whatever she needs in bulk and flies down with them to Nigeria.
She shared her personal life in reaction to the trending discovery by Nigerians that a lot of the consumable and non consumable goods in the Nigerian market are fake.
In a now-deleted post, the situation prompted Kim Oprah to to pray for God to save us in this country.
She wrote: “Let me make this clear… I thank God for exposure, that’s why I never buy things in Nigeria down to my personal effects.. figured out a while ago that everything being sold here is mostly fake, and I care about health so I only purchase my products when I travel, and I buy them in bulk so it can last till the next time I travel… God save us in this country.”
