So, it’s unsurprising that Cyrus undergoes a pretty tough training routine.

Back in 2021, Cyrus left fans shook when she shared an iconic video of herself running on a treadmill while perfectly singing the song “Rebel Girl” by Bikini Kill.

And a couple of years later, Cyrus got candid about just how intense touring can be, explaining on her “Used to Be Young” TikTok series: “If you’re performing at a certain level of intensity and excellence, there should be an equal amount of recovery and rest.”

Now, Cyrus is discussing her training regimen again, revealing in a new interview that she mostly works out in heels.

Sitting down with W magazine this week, Cyrus shared, “My lifestyle is extremely clean. Sobriety is a big part of it. My mantra is, like any athlete, ‘Practice how you perform.’ So that’s why I practice in my heels.”

“The gym looks really tough, but then I’ve got my ivory Gucci slingbacks because they remind me of Marilyn Monroe,” she continued.
