Former Speaker of the House of Representatives, Yakubu Dogara has decried the inequality and unfairness in appointment and distribution of public utilities which he claimed creates perception of marginalization, especially among youths.

Speaking at the 10th convocation of Achievers University, Owo, Ondo state on Saturday April 24, Dogara added that the inability of those in public service to put youths on career paths has turned them from dutiful labourers to disaffected rebels.

He also disclosed that the immediate challenge now is to bring disparate peoples together and pull down barriers.
