Increase Your Testosterone By 24% Using This ONE Mineral
=============================
There’s this one mineral that I’d say 80-90% of people are deficient in.

This is really sad because this mineral is very essential and powerful because it’s involved in over 300+ chemical reactions in the body… including, but not limited to:
Energy production
Better sleep
Protein Synthesis and hence, muscle building
Improved insulin metabolism
Healthy blood pressure & cholesterol levels
Better brain function & memory
… and yes, higher production of both total and free testosterone levels.

Can you guess what mineral it is?

Well, in a previous video I spoke about how awesome zinc is for men and I’ve linked that video below in the description area.

However, today I want to mention another mineral that’s been shown to clinically increase testosterone levels by almost 25% and that’s Magnesium.

Now, there are many forms of magnesium and I’ll tell you which ones are the best, in a minute.

The research has shown that if you take magnesium for about a month, you’ll increase your testosterone levels by 15%

However, if you add in any form of exercise, you’ll increase your free testosterone by 25%.

Remember, this all happened in just 4 weeks, so that’s a nice benefit for a mineral that has lots of other health benefits, which I believe are even more important than the testosterone increase.

So, what’s the optimal dose – I suggest at least 400 mg daily, preferable in the late evening or before bed, which can aid in relaxation and better sleep.

I personally take 800 mg daily. 600 at night and another 200 mg around noon or after my workouts.

Now, there are many forms of magnesium and it can get very confusing.

I’ll make another video in the near future, if you want me to, about all the different forms of magnesium and the pros and cons of each.

However, I don’t want you to leave empty handed… So I suggest taking Magnesium Glycinate, which is one of the most absorbable forms.

Of course, I can’t promise you that you’ll also see a 25% increase in testosterone levels as found in the clinical study by taking Magnesium.

However, magnesium does have lots of other health benefits and again, most people are deficient in it. So I think it’s a great supplement to take daily.

Now, if you’re interested in increased testosterone levels, higher libido and bigger erections, I’ve listed a few very important and clinically proven natural solutions below, in the description area, that are guaranteed to work even better and faster than magnesium…
