Jackson, 29, and Rogers-Keeney, 19, have been charged with several offenses including kidnapping a minor, rape, involuntarily servitude and strangulation, according to online court records reviewed.

While the ages of the alleged victims have not been revealed by authorities, several of the charges against the suspects pertain to crimes against a minor, online court records show.

The investigation began on the morning of Tuesday, June 25, when authorities received a tip about a vehicle, which led to a pursuit of that vehicle by the Pocono Mountain Regional Police and the state police, authorities said, according to WNEP and WFMZ.

Officers located the vehicle outside a Walmart parking lot in Mount Pocono in Monroe County, Pa., and found Rogers-Keeney with one female inside, state troopers alleged, according to WNEP and WFMZ.

Authorities further claim they caught Jackson leaving the store with a second alleged victim.

Authorities say their investigation revealed that Jackson and Rogers-Keeney had allegedly forced four females into a vehicle on Monday, per the Pocono Record, WNEP and WFMZ.

The females were then allegedly taken to a property belonging to Jackson in Smithfield Township in Monroe County, where Jackson allegedly locked them inside a shipping container, investigators said, per the outlets. NBC Philadelphia, citing police, reports that three of the victims were allegedly bound with rope inside the shipping container.
