Jack Quaid is looking worse for wear!

The 32-year-old actor showed up to an NBA game in Inglewood, California, on Sunday, March 9 — with apparent injuries that got progressively worse 3 while promoting his new movie Novocaine

Jack posted a Boomerang clip on his Instagram Stories of himself at the game, which saw the Sacramento Kings take on the Los Angeles Clippers, giving a thumbs up with one bandaged arm in a sling and bruises on his face, seated courtside next to his Novocaine costar Amber Midthunder.

In a video posted by Pop Crave on X, Jack was next seen interviewed on the court in a neck brace, with his arm in a cast. He later appeared with both arms in casts from his seat.

Jack also posted a photo of himself giving another thumbs up while rocking his arm cast, which displayed the message, “Go Clippers!” in black handwriting, seemingly from backstage at the game.

In Novocaine, Jack plays bank executive Nate, who cannot feel pain, and uses this as his strength to fight back the people who kidnapped his co-worker. Ray Nicholson, Jacob Batalon, Betty Gabriel and Matt Walsh also star in the film.

On Monday, March 10, Jack and his costars attended the premiere of Novocaine at the Paramount Theater in Los Angeles.

Ray — who is the son of Jack Nicholson, and plays the antagonist in Novocaine — told us at the premiere that it “was so much fun” working on the action-comedy film.

“Jack [Quaid] is just a stud,” said Ray, 33. “He’s so talented and so nice. Weirdly enough, we’d never met, even though we’re the same age, and he went to school with a bunch of my friends.”

Jack, meanwhile, is the son of Meg Ryan and Dennis Quaid. And in December 2024, he revealed in an interview with The Hollywood Reporter that his parents didn’t want him to be an actor at first.

“They weren’t initially super psyched about it because they knew how tough it was for them, so they were like, ‘Oh jeez, of course we have another one,’ ” he said.

Added Jack of his famous parents, “But ultimately they understood and were very supportive, so that I’m super grateful for.”

Novocaine is in theaters Friday, March 14.
