Whether Taylor Swift can make it in time to catch her boyfriend play in Super Bowl LVIII is officially an international affair. And, yes, it’s most definitely possible.

The Embassy of Japan in the United States on Friday issued a statement proclaiming that the Midnights singer should have zero problems, in theory, performing at her Eras Tour concerts in Tokyo, Japan, beginning Feb. 7 and wrapping her set at the Tokyo Dome on Feb. 10, just one day before Travis Kelceand the Kansas City Chiefs take on the San Francisco 49ers at Allegiant Stadium in Las Vegas.

In a Swift-inspired statement, the Embassy declared it’s “aware of recent media reports concerning the steps Taylor Swift will need to take to travel from Tokyo after her concert on February 10th to Las Vegas in time to watch the Kansas City Chiefs play in Super Bowl LVIII.”

The statement, complete with an official Embassy of Japan seal on the letterhead, continues, “Despite the 12-hour flight and 17-hour time difference, the Embassy can confidently Speak Now to say that if she departs Tokyo in the evening after her concert, she should comfortably arrive in Las Vegas before the Super Bowl begins.”

“We know that many people in Japan are excited to experience Taylor Swift’s Eras Tour, so we wanted to confirm that anyone concerned can be Fearless in knowing that this talented performer can wow Japanese audiences and still make it to Las Vegas to support the Chiefs when they take the field for the Super Bowl wearing Red.”

Not surprisingly, the responses from fans on X were as one might expect.

“So Japan is swiftie???” one person replied. Another fan added, “I love the references wishing all the Japanese fans a great time!”

Swift’s travel logistics became a hot topicthe second the Chiefs ousted the Baltimore Ravens in the AFC Championship Game to clinch a spot in the Super Bowl for an opportunity to claim the franchise’s third Lombardi Trophy in the last five seasons.

Even former ESPN business reporter Darren Rovell got in on the fun when he broke down the travel calculations and shared them on X.

“Taylor Swift performs in Japan the night before the Super Bowl. It will end around 10pm Tokyo time (5 am Las Vegas time),’ he wrote. “The flight from Tokyo to Vegas takes 12 hours, meaning Swift can arrive at 5pm local on the day before the Super Bowl, 25 hours, 35 mins before kickoff.”

Whatever the case, Swift’s got a busy few weeks coming up, beginning Sunday.

The Eras Tour resumes just days after the GRAMMY Awards in Los Angeles on Feb. 4. The 34-year-old songstress will be in attendance for the show as she is nominated in six categories, including Album of the Year for Midnights, along with Song of the Year and Record of the Year for its lead single, “Anti-Hero.” Despite reports to the contrary,360aproko exclusively learned that Swift will not be performing at the GRAMMYs on account of her quick Eras Tour turnaround that week.

And whether Swift attends Super Bowl LVIII or not, fans can take solace in that her budding romance with Kelce has officially transcended the sports betting world, as sportsbooks are taking eye-popping Swift-inspired bets.
