Jennie Garth hit the gym for some serious lifting — which included using her daughter as a leg press weight — as she continues to deal with menopause-related physical struggles.

The Beverly Hills, 90210  alum, 52, documented the exhaustive trip to the gym with Lola, 21, in an Instagram post on August 15.

“I still struggled in similar ways to last week, but constantly reminding myself of my [body’s] power & needs made it easier,” Garth wrote in the caption for the montage, which showed her and Lola during the intense workout.

At one point, Garth tells her trainer, Jason Cohen from Jason Alive Fitness, “I hate you!”

“It’s as much a mental battle as it is physical,” she wrote in the caption, a reference to her recent confessional post where she shared that menopause is impacting her motivation.

“I’m going to be real honest with you,” Garth wrote. “I’ve been struggling with working out recently. my travel and work schedule, my body pain, not to mention menopause is a daily minefield, both physically & mentally.”

She continued, “Here’s the deal… i stay motivated by FORCING myself to workout. I know I’ll always feel better from doing it. But recently it just feels like my body is fighting against me at times.”

In her latest post, the I Choose Me podcasterthanked her followers for sharing their experiences.

“Thank you for all your comments & advice on my last workout… so many of us feel the exact same when it comes to menopause. let’s keep the conversation up ladies. ❤️,” Garth wrote.

Lola, whom Garth shares with ex-husband Peter Facinelli, often accompanies her mom to the gym. The actress explained it’s “so much fun working out with Lola … we push each other hard & it’s an amazing way to starting our day together!”

As usual, Garth engaged with her followers who chimed in with their questions about how she manages to make it through such exhaustive workouts.

“What are you doing for sore muscles? Preventing or healing phase?” one person asked, prompting Garth to reply, “stretch, stretch & STRETCH!! it’s one of the most beneficial things you can be doing for preventing & healing muscles. ❤️”

Another user complimented Garth, writing, “Your drive is empowering!!!!!” to which she answered, “that means so much! it’s so hard to stay motivated at times!!”

In response to another follower who commented, “I love seeing women my age do this! Way to go Jennie 💪🔥❤️” Garth replied, “no age limit on taking care of yourself ❤️”’

And as for trainer Jason Cohen, Garth may have lashed out mid-workout, but ended her post thanking him “for your support.”
