Kathy Hilton is revealing the secrets of her 43-year marriage to Rick Hilton.
Speaking exclusively at The Elizabeth Taylor Ball to End AIDS on Thursday, Sept. 26, Kathy, 65, opened up about how she and the entrepreneur, 69, have managed to keep the flame alight for more than four decades.
“We have not been away from each other for two weeks in 43 years of marriage,” the Real Housewives of Beverly Hills star tells PEOPLE of her relationship with the Hilton & Hyland co-founder.
“I don’t think you go to bed without saying, ‘I love you,’ and giving each other a kiss and never in a fight or anything,” she continues at the event, held at The Beverly Hills Hotel. “If you have had a disagreement, you always make up before you go to sleep and keep a little mystery and always keep it exciting and fun.”
Earlier this year, Kathy revealed that she and Rick have a surprising date night spot that they visit weekly.

“We go there once a week,” she told Page Six of The Cheesecake Factory. “All their food is good,” she continued. “Actually, you walk in there, and there are people. We love that! We don’t want to sit in a restaurant with nobody in the room.”
“It’s local, it’s right there and fresh and busy all the time,” she added.
Kathy also revealed that while she usually orders the meatloaf, her husband “really likes the chicken [alfredo]. And then also the one that you dip with the sauce.”
However, Kathy tells PEOPLE that the duo hasn’t visited the chain “in a month.”
“So we got to get back there,” she says. “We’ve been on an Italian kick.”

Kathy and Rick tied the knot in 1979 when she was 20 years old. They will celebrate their 44th wedding anniversary on Nov. 24.
Together they share four children, Paris, 43, Nicky, 40, Barron, 34, and Conrad, 30, and have eight grandchildren.
Kathy tells PEOPLE that she often tries to give her kids advice that they can take into their own marriages.
“I always say, ‘Listen,’ ” she tells PEOPLE. “I think they get it. They’ve been around their dad and I for a long time, and they really wanted to find somebody that they could have for their rest of their life.”
While eldest daughter Paris is married to Carter Reum, Nicky tied the knot with husband James Rothschild in 2015 and Barron married Tessa Hilton in St. Barts, two years after meeting the 30-year-old there.
