Sometimes, all moms want is to spend time with their children. Lindy Dunne captured that feeling in her viral TikTok video, in which she surprised her mom with George Strait and Chris Stapleton concert tickets.

Dunne and her brothers bought their mom, Lisa Magliazzo, the tickets as a gift, but the real joy came from Magliazzo discovering who would be joining her at the show.

A George Strait superfan, Magliazzo mentioned the concert to family a few times, and the kids knew how much going would mean to her. They even had to beat her to buying tickets herself.

When she was ready to give her the gift, Dunne set up her tripod to record a video for her brothers to see their mom’s reaction. In the clip, Magliazzo is clearly shocked by the concert tickets, but then breaks down when she hears that her daughter and two sons will also be joining her.

“I knew she was going to be excited for George. But when I told her it was all three of her kids going, she absolutely lost it, which is not surprising for us,” Dunne tells PEOPLE. “In the video, you see her granddaughter, my 9-year-old, say, ‘I knew you were gonna cry.’ “

Dunne tells PEOPLE that Magliazzo’s reaction to spending time with her family indicates precisely who she is: family-oriented, good-hearted and kind.

“She watches my kids. She does everything for all of us all the time. She’s very generous and always gives her time,” Dunne shares. “With her different health conditions, her energy is constantly depleted, and she gives all of her energy to all of us all the time. It’s very easy to want to do kind things for her because she doesn’t ask for anything. She deserves to go and just have fun.”

When Dunne posted the video to TikTok, she never expected the reaction the clip would get, with more than 128,000 views and 400 comments. Many people opened up about their moms and their experiences as moms in the comments.

“Younger girls would comment, ‘My mom would have this reaction. I wish I could do this for my mom,’ and moms would comment, ‘Until you have kids, you don’t understand that this is really all moms want. At the end of the day, family is everything,’ ” Dunne shares.

“If you’re lucky enough to have a mom who is as sweet and kind, compassionate and giving as mine, and I know there’s a lot out there, you just want to be able to give back to them, even in small ways,” says Dunne. “She deserves so much more than a George Strait concert, but it means the world to her, and that’s a reflection of who she is.”
