It has been seven years since Man Utd won the Premier League title and former Red Devil Ryan Giggs is concerned that their wait may be prolonged

Ryan Giggs has warned Manchester United that their Premier League title wait could go on for decades.

The Red Devils last won the top flight in 2013, the year Sir Alex Ferguson called it a day at Old Trafford.

Since the Scot’s departure though the club have struggled to challenge for honours.

A second place finish in 2018 is United’s best showing since their title success but even then they were 19 points off leaders Manchester City.

Giggs, who won the Premier League on 13 occasions, is concerned that every new arrival, be that in the dugout or on the pitch, is seen as a saviour.
