She said she didn’t set eyes on her baby for two weeks until June 2, 2021, when they were invited to the Police State Headquarters in Ikeja. She alleged that a fight broke out when she tried to touch her baby and the police handed the baby to Ibrahim then threw her and her parents out of the station.

However, Oladipo has countered her statements stating that they are ”false allegations, malicious, libelous and defamatory in nature”https://googleads.g.doubleclick.net/pagead/ads?gdpr=0&us_privacy=1—&client=ca-pub-2427099653703778&output=html&h=300&adk=2141876619&adf=3366938152&pi=t.aa~a.1834861711~i.19~rp.4&w=360&lmt=1622809038&num_ads=1&rafmt=1&armr=3&sem=mc&pwprc=4779063894&psa=1&ad_type=text_image&format=360×300&url=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lindaikejisblog.com%2F2021%2F6%2Fman-who-was-accused-of-forcefully-collecting-his-11-month-old-baby-from-his-baby-mama-tells-his-own-side-of-the-story.html&flash=0&fwr=1&pra=3&rh=275&rw=330&rpe=1&resp_fmts=3&sfro=1&wgl=1&fa=27&adsid=ChEI8J7nhQYQ_pzsja_q04-YARIvANYMyllxymf1gDP6ETm2zxU7j3C_rhgiYIi5HATIpQJNyqxgehifnKkCvAJjVdY&dt=1622809037845&bpp=17&bdt=10993&idt=-M&shv=r20210601&cbv=%2Fr20190131&ptt=9&saldr=aa&abxe=1&cookie=ID%3D6f62d75ac2f0c0c6-2251d019a8c80035%3AT%3D1622665487%3ART%3D1622665487%3AS%3DALNI_MZ85Ep3SvTaGfc8Juk8Onrd6Hwi6g&prev_fmts=360×300%2C360x300%2C0x0%2C360x300&nras=3&correlator=5902224223154&frm=20&pv=1&ga_vid=1187515804.1622665486&ga_sid=1622809031&ga_hid=2138476601&ga_fc=0&u_tz=60&u_his=2&u_java=0&u_h=800&u_w=360&u_ah=800&u_aw=360&u_cd=24&u_nplug=0&u_nmime=0&adx=0&ady=2465&biw=360&bih=664&scr_x=0&scr_y=304&eid=31060957%2C31060474&oid=3&psts=AGkb-H-WxQ_Jk3Och2D12k5P92r3QuA22-_tdqOADjObimXnm2P9wnmVG-t36A8F_8gitm0eroynHUIxzmir&pvsid=4271608742919183&pem=584&ref=https%3A%2F%2Fwww.lindaikejisblog.com%2F&eae=0&fc=384&brdim=0%2C0%2C0%2C0%2C360%2C0%2C360%2C664%2C360%2C664&vis=1&rsz=%7C%7Cs%7C&abl=NS&fu=128&bc=31&jar=2021-06-04-12&ifi=5&uci=a!5&btvi=3&fsb=1&xpc=mPUkt9Scbs&p=https%3A//www.lindaikejisblog.com&dtd=497

He said contrary to Ebunouwa’s claims, he never assaulted, humiliated or beat her, neither did he cause a severe injury to her face. He accused Ebun of smoking illicit substances and not taking good care of their child ”despite receiving large sum of monies from him at various times.”  He claims the last straw was when he saw ”loud” hidden in their baby’s carriage during a leisure hang out he invited Ebun and their child to.

He alleged that on the night their child was conceived, Ebunoluwa travelled to Lagos to meet another man who he claims she had unprotected sex with which made her ”uncertain of who was reponsible for the baby’s conception.”  He also claimed that Ebun initially told him she had an abortion but turned around to reveal she gave birth to their child after seeing he had made money.
