The heartbroken grandad of three children killed with their mum in a horror car crash said they had recently moved house because their previous home had burned down.
Zoe Powell, 29, tragically died alongside her two daughters, Phoebe, eight, and Amelia, four, and their six-year-old brother Simeon.
Husband Josh, 30, and their 18-month-old baby girl survived the smash and are described as being in a “critical but stable” condition at Oxford’s John Radcliffe Hospital.
Zoe’s dad, from Cheltenham, Gloucs, held back the tears as he said “they’ve gone”.
He told The Sun: “They were going home. I don’t know where they had been but they had recently moved into a new rented house after theirs had burned down.”
He said they’d moved from place to place but were just getting settled.
