Julia Rawson was described as a ‘very dynamic soul’
Friends of murder victim Julia Rawson have shared never before seen images of her as they paid tribute to the “very dynamic soul”.
They spoke out after Nathan Maynard-Ellis and David Leesley were convicted of her brutal murder following a month-long trial at Coventry Crown Court.
Tragic Julia met Maynard-Ellis by chance last May in Dudley’s Bottle and Cork pub.
She went to the 30-year-old’s home and fell victim to his dark, sadistic fantasies, reports Birmingham Live.
The court heard the victim entered a “flat of horrors”, with swords and spiders mounted on the walls and reptiles kept in tanks.
In the flat, Maynard-Ellis and boyfriend Leesley, 25, dismembered her body after killing her and dumped it on waste ground.
