Passion Flower – Don’t use it until you watch this!
====================================
Today I’m going to discuss Passion Flower. What it is, how it works, the benefits and side-effects, pros, cons and warnings…
And the best form and how to maximize the positive benefits, while eliminating the negatives.
Today’s topic is for anyone who wants to reduce anxiety and worry, improve your mood, feel more confidence, decrease nervousness and stress… And simply relax the body and mind.
And there’s more details about this topic below the video, in the description area – so make sure you take a look after watching this video.

When I was younger, my grandmother would take this liquid herbal syrup called Passiflorine.
he and my family would use it to relax. It has a calming effect. It’s used for anxiety and nervousness.
It’s also good for unwinding at the end of the day and helping you sleep.
You can’t get it in America – but you can in other countries and we’d get it in Tijuana Mexico.
It worked great, as long as you took the correct dosage. Unfortunately, one side-effect is you can get really tired for many hours if you take too much.
Now, fast forward years later and I’m researching the best herbs and vitamins for reducing anxiety, worry, panic attacks and relaxing the body and mind.
It was for myself since I had so much going on in my life — with work, school, relationships, money problems and feeling unsure about my future.
And one day during my research, I ran into this amazing plant called, Passion Flower, also known as Passiflora… Which is what Passiflorine is derived from.
And it reminded me of my childhood and my grandmother.
And I mention this story to let you know that Passiflora or Passion Flower, has been safely used for decades… including decades ago with my grandmother.
Best Forms Of Passion Flower
Now, there are many forms or ways you can consume passion flower.
You can do so in a liquid, the way my grandmother did. You can do so in a tea. Liquid drops. Dried powder in a pill and finally, extract form in a pill.
The most potent and effective form is in the extract form in a pill.
You want a 10:1 extract ratio with 6% Flavonoids as Vitexin and Isovitexin. These are the active ingredients and alkaloids that are doing all the work and causing the benefits.
Any other form and you’re just wasting your time and money. You’ll have to consume so much to get a little bit of the benefits.
So, it ends up being a waste of money.
And it’s much more difficult to measure the correct amount, since it’s not standardized extract.
Side Effects of Passion Flower
Passion flower is fairly safe. However, some general side-effects are
Sleepiness
Dizziness
Confusion
So it’s best to try a lower dose at first and see how you feel.
This is also why I only suggest taking the standardized extra form – because it’s precise and can be measured correctly, every time.
It won’t change from bottle to bottle. Liquid forms can go rancid. Dried herbs without extracts have no active ingredients.
Also go for the extract!
Don’t Try Passion Flower Just Yet!…
When it comes to your health, you never want to just use ONE thing.
Just as you don’t only eat broccoli, or only fish… you shouldn’t only use Passion Flower.
