Phil Collins ‘ ex-wife has vowed to fight the star in court amid reports he’s planning to file an eviction lawsuit to remove her from his Miami home.
Orianne Cevey married the Genesis star in 1999 and they were divorced in 2008.
However, the former couple – who have two sons together – got back together in 2016 and were living at his mansion in Miami.
Over the weekend, TMZ.com reported Cevey, 46, had remarried – tying the knot with Thomas Bates, 31, in Las Vegas two months ago.
The status of Cevey’s relationship with Collins prior to her re-marriage is not known, but TMZ.com reported the musician had no idea she was planning to wed.
The website also reported Collins is now planning to file an eviction lawsuit this week in a bid to remove Cevey from the home they previously shared.
Now Cevey’s lawyer Frank Maister has declared she is planning to fight any legal action launched by her ex.
