A plane crashed into a house near Connecticut’s Groton-New London airport late Monday night, August 18.
Groton police said a small plane crashed into a home on 225 Ring Drive shortly before 11 pm, just two miles from the airport.
The footage of the incident shows the jet wing and tail of the plane sticking out of the roof of the house.
At least five fire and police departments arrived at the scene and the area in front of the home was blocked off.
According to WFSB, police said two people were on board the plane when it crashed.
Both were taken to Lawrence and Memorial Hospital with non-life-threatening injuries.
There was also one man inside the home, but he was reportedly not injured.
The cause of the crash is still under investigation.
Several homes in the area were evacuated in the area due to fuel leaking from the plane, The Sun reports.
