The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge rented a cottage with their kids George, Charlotte and Louis for a short break on the Isles of Scilly

Prince William and Kate have taken their children on a modest holiday on the Isles of Scilly during half term this week.

The Duke and Duchess of Cambridge rented a cottage with their kids George, Charlotte and Louis for a short break off the Cornish coast.

They reportedly stayed in a four-bedroom stone cottage during their staycation.

The property is a cottage built in brick in the mid 1960s and later renovated.

It is not clear whether William and Kate stayed there during their holiday on the island, but it is believed the property they rented had similar characteristics.
