What I asked for VS what I got’ stories have made people wary of buying things online but this has not deterred people from advertising one thing and selling another.
A man took to a popular online market store to advertise a chair and when an interested buyer reached out and asked for a photo, what he sent was way different.
He sent a worn chair that bore only minimal resemblance to the chair he advertised. The chair was also different in colour.

When the buyer pointed out that the chair he’s selling is different, he became defensive and blamed it on poor camera quality.
