Travis Kelce  is showing off his softball skills all in the name of a good cause.

The NFL star, 34, was pictured attending Cleveland Brown’s player David Njoku ‘s Celebrity softball charity game  in Eastlake, Ohio, on Saturday, June 8.

In a video  posted by The Cut CEO, Brad Cutler, on Instagram, Kelce greeted fans at the event while making his entrance onto the pitch as he wore a softball jersey with his name on the back. He then embraced Cleveland Browns tight end, Myles Garrett, on the pitch in front of awaiting crowds.

Kelce was also seen making a successful play during the game as foitage shared on baseball team Lake County Captains’ Instagram account appeared to show the moment the NFL star made a homerun on the pitch.

“KILLLLLLLA TRAV, WELCOME BACK,” the Captains’ caption read. “YOUR CELEBRITY SOFTBALL HOMERUN DERBY CHAMP 🏆🤪.”

In the clip shared, Kelce threw down his bat as soon as he made the successful hit as he jumped up and down waving his arms at the crowd, while shouting, “Let’s go!”

He was next seen looking chuffed as he held the Derby champ golden trophy while posing beside Njoku, 27, and other attendees at the game.

Other photos posted of Kelce’s appearance at the event showed him greeting Njoku and running across the pitch with a trident in his hands. He was also seen in photos greeting and chatting to overwhelmed fans in the stands.

Kelce’s charity game attendance comes as his girlfriend Taylor Swift is performing the U.K. leg of her Era’s tour, which kicked off in Edinburgh, Scotland on June 7. The singer, 34, performs her third and final show in Edinburgh on Sunday, June 9.

In an interview with ABC’s Good Morning America on June 6, Kelce opened up about his personal life as he discussed how he stays true to himself amid the worldwide attention over his romance with Swift.

“When you have good family and friends around you, it makes that aspect in life that much easier,” Kelce told GMA. “I’ve always been a very grounded guy,” he said. “It might not come off like that when I’m playing football but off the field, I just want to be a genuine person. I try not to get too far down the road because you just never know when opportunities are going to present themselves.”

Kelce said he feels “so fortunate, so grateful” for where his life is at now, adding, “I feel like I’m on top of the mountain … Living the dream, baby.”
