A mum and two of her children have been found dead inside a house sparking a police investigation.

Gardai (Irish Police) said the tragic discovery was made in south Dublin.

A Garda spokesman said: “Gardaí are currently at the scene of an incident at a residential property in South Dublin where the bodies of two children and an adult have been discovered.

He added: “There is no further information available at this time.”

The children are believed to be aged between five and 12, reports Dublin Live.

They were found along with the woman at a home in the Ballinteer area.
